At Villa Sarre, we value transparency and clarity in all our operations. By making a reservation with us, the guest agrees to the following cancellation conditions, applicable from the date of receipt of the formal cancellation request.

1. Cancellation Conditions by Period:

• Cancellations made more than 90 (ninety) days prior to the check-in date:

  • In such cases, Villa Sarre will refund 80% (eighty percent) of the amount already paid by the guest up to the moment of the cancellation request.

     

  • A percentage of 20% (twenty percent) of the amount paid, corresponding to the rack rate of the reservation, will be retained as administrative and operational costs.

     

  • The amount to be considered for calculating the retention is the rack rate of the reservation, regardless of promotions or discounts applied at the time of purchase.

     

• Cancellations made between 90 (ninety) days and 30 (thirty) days prior to the check-in date:

  • In such cases, 100% (one hundred percent) of the amount paid by the guest up to the date of the cancellation request will be retained.

     

  • There will be no refund of amounts. The retention amount is based on the reservation's rack rate.

     

• Cancellations made less than 30 (thirty) days prior to the check-in date:

  • In such cases, 100% (one hundred percent) of the total stay amount will be charged.

     

  • The guest will be responsible for the full payment of the remaining reservation amount, if it has not yet been settled.

     

  • The total stay amount is calculated based on the reservation's rack rate.

     

2. Procedure for Cancellation Request:

• All reservation cancellation requests must be made formally.

   

• The request must be sent

  by email para contato@villasarre.com.br ou in writing,containing the reservation details (full name of the reservation holder, reservation dates, accommodation type, and reservation number, if applicable).

   

• The reference date for applying the cancellation conditions will be the date of receipt of the email or written document by Villa Sarre.

3. No-Show:

• In case of a guest's no-show on the check-in date, without prior cancellation communication within the established deadlines, it will be considered a cancellation in the last period (less than 30 days in advance).

• 100% (one hundred percent) of the total stay amount will be charged, with no right to refund.

4. General Provisions:

• Reservation Changes: Requests for reservation date changes are subject to Villa Sarre's availability and may imply adjustments to amounts and/or fees, being handled on a case-by-case basis. Changes are not guaranteed and may be considered a cancellation followed by a new reservation, according to the rules above.

• Special Conditions: Reservations made through third-party platforms (online travel agencies, etc.) may be subject to the specific cancellation policies of those platforms, which will prevail over this Villa Sarre policy when applicable.

• Force Majeure: Cases of force majeure (unforeseeable and unavoidable events) will be analyzed individually, and conditions may be made more flexible upon proof.

By finalizing your reservation at Villa Sarre, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of this Cancellation Policy.
